I have read this on a different site, the mc is a turtle and has a dice as a golden finger where it increases the quality or quantity of what he steal it was mostly a comedy-ish story until I stopped reading it.

It has some comedy, a little plot armour or a bit more. Just the MC acts like a complete stupid………
I just can’t bear his stupidness, i hope he is somewhat intelligent even though it is his second life.
It’s not it’s his first life and he was stupid and getting to know the world. It’s his second life and still so stupid. Give up 2/5.

The synopsis reminds me of Patriarch Reliance from ISSTH.
