Whenever I see an English name on comrade mao, my expectations for the novel drops to bottom because there has been no more than 3-4 English fantasy novels that I ever liked and most of them are written by Cuttlefish That Loves Diving (even among those, I can’t read them all without breaks).
And yeah, on a side note, I saw that LOTM 2 (English translation) has been released today.

A really good novel is dungeon world with a lot o dungeon later is exploration he is not a brain dead mc that goes alone in the dungeon the power is explain and the world dont have young master bullsh. For me is a really good read

Idk what kind of cliche novels you had been reading for so long but one thing I am sure of it that you still watch a lot of generic copy-paste isekai animes and you love them.
In my opinion, a novel can have cliches and not have anything new and be very good, as long as everything is well developed π

it’s an okay read but i dropped it cuz it feels bland, idk how to explain it but i don’t feel engaging reading it π€
Because it is bland, itβs still readable but boring. Itβs a sleeper ngl, I also donβt like the fact mc had to form a team in the early chapters (and throughout the whole novel) to conquer the dungeons – the way the novel is, it would be better for mc to actually be a lone ranger instead of a team player became the human interactions suck complete ass here but author decided for some reason to force the (you need to be in a team) mechanic which made the novel trash
I get you, the reason is that everyone is overly kind an humble to mc, especially in a power driven world which isn’t realistic in the least. The foreshadowing is also very obvious and amateurish.
There is no human kill s far as I have seen, mc feels like a noob in the world who only expertise in killing monsters and have no experience with irl humans.
Resurrection items are introduced too easily, they even felt very common tbh. Author broke the power system and mc’s cheat no longer feels very awesome because of that.
Very boring, too generic.
It was good at first to know about the world props dungeon abilitys and he’s cheat later on it become boring because it become go dungeon>get reward>go tavern>go eat drink / check rewards / shopping > repeat u can absolutely skip dungeon chapters and u won’t miss anything
Good on first 70 chapters but it goes downhill very fast story stopped progressing i mean with the description and title it look like some kind on extractor system but system itself is messed up and too little information about it. Read only if you are bored with cultivation novel (even then I’ll recommend read some Japanese novel) 2.5/5 for me
