mc is relatively op and his goal is to explore the starry sky, the world is a relatively backward civilisation but at the same time itβs advanced to a certain extent because of the extraordinary powers and the previous fallen civilisation ruins (the fallen civilisation was much more technologically advanced than the mcs civilisation in his previous life)
