Can someone tell me here if he can go to soul land or battle through the heaven or this novel focus only on anime??

Well, this is quite good. The development is okay. What I hate is when his authority was locked and can only be used after one month delay in that world. Why did you make OP MC if you limit him like that? It’s quite irritating.
Actually it makes mad sense try reading one piece invincible they didn’t limit his powers so when he went into the next world he just kept using his god powers and body when his countless other devil fruits are way more powerful and he never bothered learning any ninjutsu bc there was no point considering most ninjutsu was useless for him this is the main reason why most stories limit their powers cuz if they don’t it doesn’t make any sense for the character to learn the powers of that world as the worlds from before might have better powers making them while slightly beneficial it wouldn’t have a huge impact overall making them not want to train it therefore by limiting their power it would let the mc grow by making them train all the powers of different worlds.
