I had high expectations seeing its description but I was disappointed after reading.
Forget about the sequence thing, he just copied the word from Lord Of The Mysterious, and using it, he plagiarised the “martial path”.
For example, a guy who gets started on [Blade] sequence can give birth to internal force.. Then as sequence goes up, they train Flesh, body, open meridians and all.
On a side note, he knew but forgot at the same time that this sequence has Severe Side Effects on brain making the user angry enough to randomly kill people around. He remembered it but after advancement when he killed, he was like… Wow I forgot I always used Mind Clearance Pill when I was in game, it’s like shooting yourself witha gun then saying I forgot the bullet can kill me.
Except the side effects and advancement requirement, it’s basically just martial arts.
Other sequence are not kuch different.

The most idiotic thing was he directly chose the most easily obtainable sequence without much thought because it granted strength in early days. As for life threatening danger, he could have escaped the town like other people who travel outside everyday (bandits exist but the place he was in was more infested with thugs searching for him).
All and all, this is just a random cliche martial arts + transmigrated into game novel where some names of people and sects are plagiarism taking LOTM into account.
Well he got the mask that fixed his anger problem since heβs a double sequence now and his other sequence is extremely calm which neutralises his anger but I do agree that in the beginning itβs a bit muddy In terms of plot development. Still readable tho
I did guess that lol but the author should have told that a person can cultivate multiple sequence at once, then again, if someone can cultivate multiple sequence then what is the use of calling them sequence?
A sequence can be switched midway with similar ones but if a person can cultivation more than one sequence at one then it destroyed the whole point of using sequence cultivation system except giving side effects sigh….
